Welcome to my galleries!
I have been in love with animals all of my life.
I spent my childhood riding and showing horses
every spare moment, never tiring of them.
In my adult life, after spending some time at college
as a pre-vet major, I became a professional horse trainer
for many years in California. I worked with hunter-jumpers
as well as breaking and conditioning Thoroughbreds for
the racetrack.
I no longer work with horses, but have a keen interest
in training and trialing working Border Collie dogs. This
interest has served to broaden my horizons. I enjoy
traveling the USA and even the UK to compete in, or
watch the dog trials.
My love, respect, and admiration for all animals has only
been deepened by my close association with them.
And now, picking up the digital camera--and a new passion
for me has been born. I love working with the camera. It allows
me to share with you my experiences and some of the magic
that I see through the lens.
